We offer FREE delivery across all over uk

For remote areas or offshore islands, delivery may:

  • Require a small additional delivery fee
  • Take slightly longer to arrive

This typically applies to:

  • Scottish Highlands (AB, IV, KW, PA, PH postcodes)
  • Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands

If you are unsure whether your location qualifies for free delivery, please contact our customer support team at info@almabeds.co.uk before placing your order. Where a surcharge applies, we will confirm the fee before your order is placed into production — if it's unacceptable, you may cancel at no cost.

Courier Partners

To provide reliable nationwide delivery, we work with trusted third-party courier partners.

While we carefully select our delivery partners, occasional delays can happen due to:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather disruptions
  • Courier scheduling changes

If this happens, we will always aim to notify you as quickly as possible.

When Your Order Arrives

Please check your order before signing for delivery. Look for the following:

  • Damaged packaging
  • Visible marks or damage to the product
  • Missing items or components

If you notice any issues:

  1. Inform the delivery driver if possible
  2. Note the issue when signing for delivery
  3. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery at info@almabeds.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the issue

This helps us resolve the issue quickly. Issues reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

A note on self-assembly Most of our beds are designed to be self-assembled using our step-by-step Assembly Guide. Please inspect all components at the time of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs during customer assembly, so any issues with parts must be raised before you begin. Always follow the instructions and use at least two adults to assemble heavier beds.

Access Requirements — Your Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the bed can be delivered safely to its intended location. Before ordering, please check that:

  • All hallways, doorways, staircases, turning spaces, and lift openings can accommodate the bed's packaged dimensions (listed on each product page)
  • Parking is available within a reasonable distance of your property, free from Red Route or loading restrictions
  • An adult (18+) is present to receive, inspect, and sign for the delivery
  • Pets and children are kept safely out of the delivery path on the day

If access is restricted and delivery cannot be completed safely, the item will be returned to our depot and a re-delivery fee may apply. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering — we are happy to advise.

Rescheduling & Missed Deliveries

Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the agreed delivery date and time.

  • If a delivery attempt cannot be completed because nobody is present, we will attempt one re-delivery free of charge. Subsequent delivery attempts may incur a delivery fee.
  • To reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before the booked slot to avoid a missed-delivery charge.
  • Your bed can be stored for up to 30 days free of charge, after which reasonable storage fees may apply.
